Having worked as a classroom teacher, school board consultant, and teacher trainer/curriculum developer at a university, I have decades of experience researching and designing e-learning modules, in-person training sessions, and educational resources such as toolkits for diverse audiences of different sizes across the non-profit, public service and corporate sectors.  

Informed by theories of adult learning, critical pedagogy and what the literature says is effective in anti-racism training, I curate engaging, transformative educational opportunities that provide practical next steps for learners.
