Anti-Racism Coaching

Race is a taboo topic for many people. Some of us even grew up being told that talking about race was a form of racism.  My firm belief is we all need more practice talking about race, because we are never going to solve a problem we can’t talk about. If you’re looking for a confidential space to think aloud about race related challenges you or your colleagues/employees may be experiencing, I’m available to offer feedback informed by my lived experiences and study of critical race theory. My goal is to provide you with a compassionate space that offers coaching, support and the right amount of straight talk to expand your thinking and empower you to take anti-racist action.
